hot!hot!hot!

hello evryone . man is it getting hot out. way to hot for baking but I'd still like to keep up my blog so until it cools down again i'm going to try and swicht to no-bake cookies but I will do the odd baking it will depend on the weather. If you guys have any recipes to share don't be afarid to post them. ( just keep em' healthy pleasse!)

  1. No-Bake Brownie Balls
    (15 balls)
    15 pitted dates
    2/3 cup cocoa powder (plus extra for dusting)
    1 cup roasted almonds (no salt added)
    1 tablespoon honey
    2 tablespoons water
    confectioner's sugar (optional)
    Add almonds to food processor and pulse until ground. Add dates, cocoa powder, honey, and water. Mix until it just forms a sticky mass. Wash hands and attempt to make a ball with the dough (it may need more water to get to the perfect consistency). Put a tablespoon of cocoa or confectioner's sugar on a plate. Roll balls in your hand and then roll in sugar or cocoa (or both). Eat! These can be store in the fridge for a week.

  2. Yah hey sound good nice and healthy with coca powder and almonds but I'll have to wait unit I get my food prosser for my birthday. Thanks for the post!
